How to put in Endless Hoops:

1. Gently open the hoop by pulling apart and twisting each end in opposite directions.
2. Position the earring horizontally with the thinner end at the front of your lobe and the thicker end at the back.
3. Insert the thinner end through your piercing.
4. Twist the two ends back toward each other and fit the thinner end into the other side.
5. Be patient; it might take a few attempts. Once it's in, you can leave it in for as long as you want.
6. Having difficulty? Try inserting it from the back of your lobe or ask a friend for help.
7. Wear it comfortably all day, whether you're sleeping, swimming, or sweating.
8. Occasionally check to make sure the hoop is still securely fastened.
